From 2 August

• If you are travelling into the UK (except Northern Ireland) from an Amber listed country and you have been fully vaccinated (2 Doses) within the EU or US you need a Day 2 test.

• If you are travelling into the UK (except Northern Ireland) from an Amber listed country and you have been double vaccinated outside of the EU or US you need a Day 2 & 8 test.

• If you are travelling into the UK (except Northern Ireland) from an Amber listed country and you have not been fully vaccinated, you need a Day 2 & 8 test.

  • Go on our website Home – Hasu Diagnostics
  • Select Register your kit.
  • Enter the email address you booked with and your 5 digit order number, then press start registration.
  • Confirm your details, then enter your HDL barcode, Sample date and Sample time, agree to T&C’s and select register.
  • You are able to access your results on our website Home – Hasu Diagnostics by selecting download your results. 
  • Enter your email address and your 5 digit order number as the password.
  • To access your certificate, press the blue text under results, from here you can download it directly to your device as a PDF file and print if you prefer.
  • Result times vary depending on the test that has been booked.
  • With postal services they can normally take up to 1-2 working days to arrive at our medical centre. (Note the tracking number given on the return label).
  • Please note that postal services are not operational on Sunday AND Bank Holidays, we will receive the kits from the next working day onwards. 
  • You can organise your own courier/postal service. Postal address is given on the blue card.
  • Result times vary depending on the test that has been booked. 
  • Regular tests: The day the clinic receives your sample, you will receive a result between 10pm and 11.59pm the same day. 
  • Emergency tests: 3-6 hours to receive results the same day.

This is a 12 digit number written on the order confirmation email when you purchase a Day 2 or Day 2 & 8 test only.

Fit to fly is a RT PCR test that gives you permission to depart from the UK. (No Booking Reference is provided).

  • Yes you can. 
  • At the checkout, proceed to payment and checkout as a guest and select credit or debit card.
  • The order number is received in your email as a 5 digit number.
  • The test barcode is found on the tube and corresponding cards that are sent to you starting with HDL.
  • Insert the padded tip of the swab into the tube. Firmly pressing the lid onto the tube.
  • Wash or sanitise your hands.
  • Keep your Test Card (blue card).
  • Place the tube back into the box with the Registration Card (purple card) and place it into the return card. 
  • Stick the provided prepaid returns label onto the return bag.
  • Post in a Royal Mail Priority Post Box only.
  • Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays and Bank Holidays. It therefore takes longer than the 1-2 working days after you post the sample.
  • To receive your result and certificate you will need to contact the Travel Agent that you have booked with.
