Results will be available Same day before 7 PM to 10 PM, once we receive your Swab Kit in our Clinic.

OFF-SITE / POSTAL SERVICE:

1. Purchase our Swab Test Kit from this Portal / Website.
2. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
3. The Swab Test Kit will be delivered to your address.
4. Register your Swab Test Kit on our website, Hasu Diagnostics
5. Send your sample to our Postal Address via Royal Mail pre-paid return label (which is supplied along with the test kit).
6. Email the tracking number and order number for your Swab Test Kit to enquiry@hasudiagnostics.com.
7.  The test result and Test certificate will be sent directly to your email(the email you have used for placing an order) or Results can be also accessed by logging into Results

Royal Mail will be used for sending the test kits.

Please allow for 1-2 workings days for delivery if ordered before 3.00 pm Monday-Friday and 11.00 am on Saturday

On days when strike action is taking place, Royal Mail says it will deliver as many Special Delivery and Track 24 parcels as possible, but it cannot guarantee delivery of all special delivery items by 9 am or 1 pm the next day. Items posted the day before, during, or in the days after any strike action will be subject to delay.
