Sunday: Visit anytime between 9 AM to 12 Noon (After 12 Noon Book the Emergency test only at Slough Medical Centre)

1. For queries relating to when to take tests or which tests are valid for a specific country, please look up the rules for your country of interest online or on the www.gov.uk website.

3. Book your onsite Fit to fly (Antigen Lateral Flow) test by filling out the booking form on this page. Please remember to enter the same exact details found in the passport.
4. On the next page, you can click on “ADD” to book more than one person in the same order.
5. Once the payment is completed, the order is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation with the order number to your booking email address.
6. Please visit your chosen centre, during the opening times. You can visit anytime within the opening hours of your chosen centre.
7. Ensure your onsite visit coincides with the sample date and time being within the country’s entry requirement.
8. Mention your order number and confirm the identity/names of the people being tested. Your test kits will then be registered on the system, by our team members.
9. You will be given the Antigen test kit, take the self-test as instructed by our team member, and return the test kit back.
10. Once your sample is received in our Slough laboratory, then your sample will be processed for testing. Hasu Diagnostics has its’ own state-of-the-art laboratory.
11. The test result and certificate will be sent directly to your booking email address (the email you have used for placing the order), on the same day within 30 to 60 minutes.
12. Our certificates are UK Government approved, accepted by all the airlines and have a QR code.
13. You can also pick up your test kit in advance, once you have an order number. Fill out the (orange colour) Antigen/ Lateral Flow test card, take the self-test, and ensure the sample date and time are within the country’s entry requirement.
14. Once you have done the test, place your rapid test strip onto the area specified on the test card. After 30 minutes from the sample time, take a photo of the designated photo area.
15. Then please upload the photo of the test result, ensuring it is 30 minutes after the sample time, on our website Hasu Diagnostics: “Activate/Register Your Kit”.
16. If you are experiencing difficulties, email a photo of your lateral flow result (strip) and test card filled out with your details to enquiry@hasudiagnostics.com
17. The test result and certificate will be sent directly to your booking email address (the email you have used for placing the order), within 30-60 minutes from the time of uploading the photo of your test result. A dedicated team member will email the result certificates every day between 9 am to 5 pm.
18. The certificate can also be accessed by logging into “Download Your Results” on our website. Our certificates are UK Government approved, accepted by all the airlines and have a QR code.

If you require a fit to fly certificate and you do not provide your passport number, the certificate will not be valid for travelling.
