COVID-19 SAMPLES ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT THE POST OFFICE.

Disclaimer: EXCEPTIONAL DELAYS CAN HAPPEN WITH ROYAL MAIL SERVICE EVEN THOUGH WE ARE USING 24H TRACKED SERVICE. IT CAN ARRIVE NEXT DAY BUT IT CAN ALSO TAKE MORE THAN 2 DAYS TO REACH OUR CLINIC. ON WEEKENDS IT CAN TAKE EVEN LONGER TO GET DELIVERY.
We will conduct your test at our Slough Medical Centre or send you a swab kit by post.
For postal orders: Please ensure your swab sample arrives at our Slough Testing Centre in time even if it means arranging alternative ways, including in person drop off, using other couriers or upgrading to Special Delivery to get your test results to meet your travel entry requirements.
Saturdays postings do not guarantee a Monday Delivery.
Royal Mail does not operate on Sunday's and Public Bank Holidays.
We will conduct the test in our Laboratory and your results and certificate will be sent to the booking email address and uploaded onto our Results Portal within the stated timeframe of the service you chose.
