Position 1: Customer Service Assistant
The successful candidate for the role of Customer Service Assistant will focus on, but not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities
Having Knowledge about our products & services. 2. Strong communication -analytical-written-verbal- negotiating skills. 3. Working as Team member departments, co-workers at all levels to meet the goals. 4. Providing Quotes to Customers. 5. Lead Generation. 6. Understand and work on customer complaints and resolution. 7. Follow required training to perform the job with great efficiency. 8. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability 9. Provide Technical Support to International Customers. 10. Ecommerce Assistance. 11. Online Research. 12. Assisting and coordinating with the sales team. 13. Assisting the Front Office team. 14. Position 2: Customer Service Manager
The successful candidate for the role of Customer Service Manager will focus on, but not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities
- Provide ‘day to day’ assistance and support to the Director and Team; coordinating correspondence, proactive/accurate management of diaries and monitoring meeting actions
- Organise and attend Director’s Meetings, to include preparation of agendas and other documentation to support these meetings
- Provide administrative support in the submission of expenses etc.
Support in the organisation of company and client meetings / events both on and offsite
- Own all travel management; coordinating and booking travel requirements to include trains, flights, cars, and accommodation

The successful candidate for the role of Sales Administrator will focus on, but not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities
- Sales orders, quotation and trial sample management, preparing commercial offers. Support the IT team for website updates and pricing evaluation on e-commerce platform. Sub cover for travel arrangements.
- Preparation of sales statistics in excel or other media
- Order management, stock management, registration, billing and shipping products. Support at all stages of the flow of goods.
- Maintains data and record keeping for all business units in an efficient and effective manner

- Bachelor’s degree ideally Business degree

- Good ability to communicate with internal & external sources and negotiation skills.

Position 4: Sales Coordinator
The successful candidate for the role of Sales Coordinator will focus on, but not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities
- The Sales Coordinator is responsible for dealing with all incoming customer orders and enquiries, to ensure they are dealt within agreed timescales.
- To provide an excellent level of customer service and maximise on all opportunities to assist with the growth of all aspects of the product portfolio
- Sale & Hire Order Processing
- Process customer orders and requisitions received for hire and sale products, liaising with IT team and Purchase, system alerts for stocked items.
- Maintain communication with the customer for all information required to fully process orders.
- Manage the central mailbox with the team for all incoming orders, ensuring emails are dealt with in a timely manner and processed in the system for visibility of progress.
- Resolve Queries relating to stock, transport etc must be fed back to customer to agree a new delivery date

Position 6: Laboratory Manager
Role responsibility: Lead the Organisation to ensure a safer and productive environment for the staff and Laboratory produces accurate, efficient test results for the Customers. Overseeing day to day operations, Stock control and ordering from the Suppliers, Monthly management meeting with key stakeholder, Finance, HR, Technical function overseeing, Maintain the Health and Safety of the Staff, customers, Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- PhD Molecular Science or Biotechnology with min 5 Years Experience
- Good ability to communicate with internal & external sources and negotiation skills.
